About Zyos Group

A consultancy with a measurable discipline.

We help organizations build the operational foundation that makes growth, scale, and AI deployment realistic. We diagnose with a 33-question framework. We deliver in two-week sprints. We score quarterly. We tell you the truth about what we're seeing.

What we are

Zyos Group is a digital transformation consultancy. We help associations, PE-backed companies, and growth-stage SMBs eliminate operational waste, automate manual processes, integrate disconnected technology systems, and build the data and process foundation that lets agentic AI flourish.

Process Intelligence is the foundation. Agentic AI as a Service is the product. The framework — a 1–5 scoring model across five operational dimensions, applied at the start of every engagement and continuously underneath every Agentic AI as a Service deployment — is what builds the integrated, documented, instrumented foundation that unleashes Agentic AI as a Service (also referred to as Agent As A Service or AaaS). The foundation makes AI safe and measurable; Agentic AI as a Service is the product we sell.

The work is operational. The deliverables are measurable. The relationship runs on evidence — written sprint demos, weekly written updates, quarterly Optimization Scores, monthly performance reports.

We diagnose. We design. We build. We optimize. Then we measure whether any of it worked, on the same scale we used at the start.

What we are not

  • Not a software vendor. We do not sell platforms. We do not receive vendor commissions. We do not have implementation partnerships that bias our recommendations.
  • Not a staffing firm. We do not place contractors or augment teams as the core service. The methodology is what we deliver, not bodies.
  • Not a marketing agency. We do not run ads, do brand work, or produce creative. If your problem is a marketing problem, we are not your firm.
  • Not a generalist. Three verticals. Three engagement models. One operating discipline. We work where the methodology fits — not everywhere.
How we operate

Seven principles, applied in order.

These are not aspirational. They show up in the proposals we write, the sprints we run, and the conversations we have when something isn't working.

01

Platform-neutral

We work with whatever your CRM, AMS, and automation layer happen to be. We never resell software. We never recommend a tool because we have a partnership with it. Our advice is worth what it is precisely because nothing else compromises it.

02

Honest over optimistic

If a sprint slipped, we say so. If a Readiness Score is low, we tell you. If a deliverable is at risk, we name the risk early. The relationship runs on evidence, not managed perception.

03

Diagnose before prescribe

Every engagement starts with the Opportunity Engine. Nobody signs an SOW on a vibe. The diagnostic produces a measured starting point that anchors the whole engagement. The prescription comes after the diagnosis — never before.

04

Phase the work

Crawl, walk, run. The 80/20 first sprint always lands first. The high-leverage wins compound while the foundation gets laid. We don't propose 12-month transformations as one undifferentiated commitment.

05

Document the work

Process maps, SOPs, architecture diagrams, sprint deliverables — every engagement produces durable artifacts that survive turnover and pass due diligence. Knowledge stops living in heads.

06

Measure on the same scale

The 1–5 model that produced your baseline is the same model that produces your Optimization Score four quarters later. Operational maturity becomes a trend line your board can read like a KPI.

07

The foundation is the AI investment

Agentic AI is the destination, not the starting point. The integrated data, documented processes, and instrumented workflows are what make AI safe and valuable — and the Process Intelligence framework is what builds them measurably. The foundation work is the AI investment, not a prerequisite to be skipped.

Two ways to start

Get in touch.

There are two real starting points. Pick the one that fits where you are.

Option 01

Take the Opportunity Engine

The 33-question diagnostic. About 25–35 minutes to complete. Produces an Opportunity Index, a Readiness Score, and an AI Horizon. We follow up within two business days with a debrief and a recommendation.

Best when you want a measured starting point before the conversation. The diagnostic anchors everything that follows.

Take the Opportunity Engine
Option 02

Book a discovery call

A 30-minute conversation. We hear the context — what triggered the search, what's been tried, who the decision-makers are, what the timing pressures look like. We tell you whether the Opportunity Engine is the right next step or whether we should keep talking first.

Best when you want to start with a conversation. Most prospects do this first, then take the Opportunity Engine after.
